Janelle has extensive management experience in the working with children, young people and families in the child protection, out of home care and disability service sectors.
She has sound knowledge and understanding of contemporary research and evidence-informed practice and brings a systematic approach to leadership, service design, planning and delivery, and quality assurance.

Deputy Chairperson since December 2023
Matt has extensive leadership experience in both the corporate and private sectors, across sports administration, not-for-profit, member association, technology and FMCG.
He holds Bachelor & Masters degrees in Business Administration from Macquarie University and the Australian Institute of Business.
Matt brings to BFCC skills in customer relations, corporate strategy, revenue generation, corporate partnerships and lives locally in the Randwick LGA.

Tony has previously held the Deputy Chairperson role with BFCC.
He has extensive international management experience across a range of industries including Not-For-Profit organisations in the disability sector.
Tony brings a wealth of knowledge in marketing, human resources and organizational change to support our future growth.

Max is a dynamic leader with extensive experience across multiple sectors, including; technology, sports and education. As the founder and CEO of a financial software business Max has a deep understanding of the intricacies of the finance industry.
With a Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Education and Business Administration, Max possesses a strong academic foundation complemented by practical experience. His experience has equipped him with insights into customer relations, corporate strategy, revenue generation, and corporate partnerships.
Max's leadership extends beyond his business endeavors, as he actively engages with the local community and contributes to the growth and development of the community.

Peter has previously held the Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson roles with BFCC. As a senior executive he has deep experience leading and delivering data and technology projects across both the private and public sectors.
Peter brings strong strategic planning, governance and technical experience to help steer our future direction.
BFCC Manager since 2007
Rachael has 25-years' experience across government and non-government sectors.
She has worked in a variety of areas including domestic/family violence, women's health, family support, men, and children & young people. In addition, she has held positions on several community boards and advisory committees, working with diverse communities locally and interstate.
Rachael is passionate about 'grass roots' community services, where projects supported by local organisations help address local needs.

Tury has extensive frontline and management experiences in the community service sector and is a member of the Australian Association of Social Workers. She has experience as a private practitioner in couple relationship and sexology as well as a fieldwork educator in Bachelor and Master of Social Work courses.
She has served on the management board of several local and overseas not-for-profit organisations and is also a member of the Institute of Community Directors Australia.
Tury brings to BFCC significant skills and experience in social work and corporate governance.

Rosie brings 15 years’ experience in operational and corporate responsibility roles across major Australian corporations, NSW Government and the non-profit sector in Australia and overseas. Rosie has an MBA from Melbourne Business School, a Graduate Certificate in Social Impact from the Centre for Social Impact (UNSW) and an BA (Honours) in Development Studies from the ANU.

Sheri Ohmsen is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in both corporate and public practice accounting. Her in-depth knowledge of technology and business operations enables her to effectively navigate system implementations and drive efficiency across various processes.
Sheri’s commitment to fostering collaboration and transparency helps build strong relationships across departments, enabling informed decision-making and sustainable growth.
